It all started as an 8 year old girl who never missed family dinners, but more importantly a girl who never went a day without dessert after dinner. Food has brought family together, but a sweet treat at the end of every meal has created memories as we tasted and shared our failures and successes. Hannah Dough wants to bring lasting sweet memories, from our family to yours. 

The name “Hannah Dough” comes from a Korean translation, "하나 더" which stands for “one more.” When you eat something tasty don’t you just want to eat one more? Or even two more! We strive to put excellence in every bite that makes you want to go back for seconds. 

"하나 더" also means to try one more time. To try even when success seems far, to try when you lose passion, and to try even when you have broken relationships with people and food. When failure seemed big she tried one more time. She saw communities breaking bread with the goods she had made and it was like the simplest joy mothers feel being able to feed their kids. It nourished her heart and rekindled her passion to be here today to serve you with delicious pastries and memories! Though the pastries may not last long, the memories it creates is what keeps Hannah Dough going.
